【Ingredients】(Servings 2~3)
- 1 Avocado
- 200g Tofu
- 70g Pecan Nuts
- 5 Basil Leaves
- 2tsp White Miso
- 2tsp Honey
- 1tsp Olive Oil
- Pink Pepper
【Order】
- Roast raw pecan nuts on pan.
- Crush 2/3 pecan nuts using a mixiser .
- Add white miso, honey and wiped tofu into (2), and mix using a mixiser.
- Slice avocado into one-bite size.
- Put (3), avocado, remaining pecan nuts, ripped basil into a bawl and roughly mix.
- Serve on a plate and put pepper and olive oil.
【Tips】
If you use [Miracle in Arizona], 3~4 small packs would be suitable amount.
Wiping tofu very well would smooth up taste.

- 1/4 Apple
- 200g Spinach
- 50g Feta Cheese
- 20g Dried Cranberries
- 15g Mayonnaise
- 30g Milk
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar

【Order】
- Crack pecan nuts to the easily edible size.
- Thinly cut with apple peels on.
- Cut spinach into large pieces.
- Adding Feta cheese, put all in to a bowl and mix with dried cranberries.
- With another bowl, mayonnaise, milk, sugar, vinegar, and mix it.
- Season with pecan nuts,dressing and pepper.

【Ingredients】(6 Jelly 150ml cups)
- 30g Pecan Nuts
- 380ml Milk
- 15g Powdered Gelatin
- 190ml Heavy Cream
- 40ml Maple Syrup
- 5~6drops Vanilla Extract
- 30g Flour
- 30g Maple Sugar
- 15g Butter
- 2 Oranges
- 15ml Maple Syrup
【Order】
- Put half amount of milk and powdered gelatin into a bawl.
- Pour rest of milk, heavy cream,maple syrup and vanilla extract into pot, and keep on heat. (Don’t forget to keep mixing.)
- Put (2) into (1) and mix.
- Put (3) into panna cotta shaped cup and refrigerate.
- Chop pecan nuts into fine.
- Put pecan nuts, flour, maple syrup and butter, and mix until it gets moist.
- Place (6) on pan covered with baking parchment and bake for 20 minutes with 160℃ preheated oven.
- Cut orange into one-bite size and mix with maple syrup.
- Put orange on (4).
- Sprinkle crushed pecan nuts.

Cool butter well.

【Ingredients】(cake pan 18cm)
- 50g Pecan Nuts
- 150g Carrot
- 170g Suggar
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 150cc Vegetable Oil
- 130g Cake Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 35g Raisin
- 100g Cream Cheese
- 40g Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 8~10 Pecan Nuts ( For decoration)
【Order】
- Peel and cut carrot, and crush using a mixiser.
- Roast pecan nuts for 8 minutes with 160℃ oven and cut them roughly.
- Put eggs, sugar and salt into a bawl, and mix well using egg beater.
- Mix (3) and (1) adding vegetable oil little by little.
- Add cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, raisin and pecan nuts into (4) and mix roughly.
- put (5) into cake pan and bake for 50 minutes with 180℃ oven.
- While baking, mix cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice well using egg beater.
- Spread (7) on cake and decolate with pecan nuts.

Please add extra nuts if you prefer.

【Ingredients】(6 Muffin cups ; 65mm×65mm×50mm)
- 40g Pecan Nuts
- 1 Banana
- 50ml Almond Milk
- 50g Coconut Oil
- 5~6drops Vanilla Extract
- 15ml Maple Syrup
- 120g Cake Flour
- 60g Maple Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Salt
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
【Order】
- put smushed banana, almond milk, coconut oil, vanilla essence, and maple syrup into the bowl and mix.
- put light flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg into another bowl and mix.
- put 1 into the 2 bowl, and mix pecan nuts.
- Put glassine paper on the muffin pan, pour the dough, put it in 200 ℃ oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
